Program name

First In Systems Lead Response (the “Program”), operated by First In Systems.

Program description

First In Systems provides automated lead-capture and lead-response messaging for CDL and driving schools. When a prospective student submits a web form, calls a tracked number, or otherwise opts in to receive messages from a school using First In Systems, the Program sends transactional SMS messages on the school's behalf to acknowledge the inquiry, confirm appointments, share enrollment information, and follow up on the prospect's request.

By providing your mobile number and submitting an inquiry form, or by texting one of our short codes or long codes, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from First In Systems and the driving school you contacted.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the Program. You can expect up to 10 messages per inquiry, including an initial response, appointment reminders, and follow-ups. You may receive additional messages if you reply or request more information.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. First In Systems and the participating driving school are not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to sending or receiving SMS messages through the Program.

Opt-out instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Mobile information collected through the Program will not be shared or sold to third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Information is used solely to operate the Program on behalf of the driving school you contacted and to comply with applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
