First In Systems (“First In Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides automated lead-capture and lead-response messaging for CDL and driving schools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you visit our website, submit an inquiry through a school using our service, or exchange SMS messages with us.

SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers and SMS content are used only to deliver the lead- response service on behalf of the driving school you contacted, to provide customer support, and to comply with applicable carrier and regulatory requirements (including the TCPA and CTIA guidelines).

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the service:

• With the driving school you contacted, so they can follow up with you, enroll you, or provide the information you requested.
• With service providers who help us run the platform — for example, Twilio for SMS delivery, our email provider, our hosting provider, and our scheduling tools. These providers are bound by contract to use information only to provide services to us.
• When required by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process.
• In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention

• SMS opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support.

• Email opt-out: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us directly.

Security
